At Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality driver education services.

To maintain fairness, scheduling efficiency, and transparency, all students and customers are required to review and understand the following policies before purchasing or enrolling in any course or driving lesson.

 GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.

Approved refunds requested within this period are subject to a $30 cancellation and administrative processing fee.

Once 48 hours have passed from the original purchase, payments are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or Georgia Department of Driver Services regulations.

If services have already been provided, the value of completed services will be deducted from any applicable refund

BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING LESSONS

​

All driving lessons are scheduled by appointment.

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled driving lesson.

• 24 hours or more: Students may reschedule without an additional fee.

• Less than 24 hours: A $35 rescheduling fee applies.

• No-call/no-show: The scheduled lesson is forfeited and is nonrefundable.

• Late arrivals: Lesson time may be reduced to accommodate previously scheduled appointments.

Students are responsible for arriving on time and having a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license, as applicable.

 DRIVING LESSON PACKAGES

All prepaid driving lesson packages must be completed within one year of the original purchase date.

Unused lessons expire after one year unless otherwise required by law or specified in a written agreement.

Once training has begun, refunds are subject to the school’s refund policy and any applicable legal requirements.

DRIVER’S EDUCATION (JOSHUA’S LAW)

This policy applies to the 30-hour classroom course, online self-paced instruction, and six-hour behind-the-wheel training.

Refund requests for online courses must be submitted before the student begins or accesses the course.

Once online course access has been used or instruction has begun, the online course portion is nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Students enrolled in combined 30/6 programs must successfully complete both components to receive the applicable completion certificate.

DUI RISK REDUCTION & DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSES

DUI RISK REDUCTION COURSE – REFUND POLICY

​

ALL STUDENTS MUST REVIEW OUR REFUND POLICY BEFORE ENROLLING.

​

Refunds may be requested before the required enrollment contracts are signed, subject to applicable Georgia DDS regulations.

​

Once enrollment contracts are signed or the Needs Assessment has been completed, payments are nonrefundable, except as required by law or DDS regulations.

​

If the school cancels a scheduled course and the student cannot attend the next available session, a refund may be issued in accordance with applicable requirements.

​

No refunds will be issued for courses already attended or completed, except where required by law.

DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE – REFUND POLICY

​

Students must review the school’s refund and cancellation policy before registering.

Once enrollment agreements are signed or instructional services have begun, payments are nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law or DDS regulations.

Students who fail to attend their scheduled course are subject to the school’s cancellation and rescheduling policies.

​

If the school cancels a scheduled course, students will be offered a rescheduled session or an applicable refund.

SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS

​

If Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC must cancel a scheduled driving lesson, students will be offered an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

If the school is unable to provide a purchased service, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the original agreement and applicable law.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

​

Customers are encouraged to contact Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC directly regarding billing concerns, cancellations, or refund requests.

​

The school maintains records of purchases, enrollment agreements, scheduled appointments, attendance, completed services, and customer communications.

​

These records may be submitted to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

​

Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws or payment card regulations.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, registering for, or participating in services offered by Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC, customers acknowledge that they have been provided access to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where required, customers must affirmatively accept these terms during enrollment or checkout.
