Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC

Educating Drivers. Building Confidence. Promoting Safer Roads.

Driving Under Intelligence DUI & Defensive Driving School LLC is a woman-owned small business headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2019 by Pia Davis, our school was created with a mission that extends beyond simply teaching people how to drive — we aim to educate, empower, and help individuals make safer decisions on the road.

We provide professional driver education and training through:

• DUI Risk Reduction Courses

• Defensive Driving Courses

• Driver’s Education / Joshua’s Law

• Behind-the-Wheel Driving Instruction

• Road Test Preparation

•

At Driving Under Intelligence, we understand that every driver's journey is different. Some students are getting behind the wheel for the very first time, while others are rebuilding their confidence, preparing for a road test, or completing a state-required course.

Our approach combines education, patience, accountability, encouragement, and real-world experience to help our students develop skills they can carry with them for a lifetime.

Our Story

Driving Under Intelligence was founded by Pia Davis, a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

After completing her degree, Pia decided to turn some of her own life lessons into an opportunity to educate and empower others. Young, energetic, and determined to make a difference, she founded Driving Under Intelligence with the belief that education can be used not only to teach people about the consequences of unsafe decisions, but also to give them the knowledge and confidence to make better ones moving forward.

What began as a vision in 2019 has continued to grow into a driving school committed to serving students throughout Atlanta and surrounding communities.

Pia's personal experiences, education, and passion for helping others remain at the heart of the company today.

Our goal is to continue growing Driving Under Intelligence into one of Georgia's most trusted resources for driver education and safety while maintaining the personal, supportive experience our students have come to expect.

Our Philosophy

Everyone is teachable.

We believe learning should never leave a student feeling embarrassed, defeated, or afraid to make a mistake.

Whether we're working with a first-time driver, an anxious student, or someone completing a required course, our instructors strive to create an environment that is professional, encouraging, and focused on progress.

We're not only preparing students to pass a test.

We're preparing them for the road ahead.
